After 5 years at Forestville, Cathie decided to retire from the Department of Education and pursue a new life in Victoria. Cathie was an outstanding Principal and will be greatly missed by the students, staff and wider Forestville Public School community. In a moving farewell assembly yesterday, the students described Mrs Ferguson as being kind, caring, happy and helpful and the staff, who had many words to describe Cathie, will miss her strength, strategic vision and incredible helpfulness.

We wish Mrs Ferguson all the very best in her new life.
