New furniture arrives for our Kindergarten classes

The furniture allows children to learn in an environment that meets their diverse needs. They have the choice to learn on the jelly bean table (explicit instruction table), stand up desks, ottomans or table tops. They can use their whiteboard table tops to solve problems and are able to move around the room throughout the day. 

The rooms are brighter and have more floor space for the children to learn on. When asked why they love their new furniture, one child responded with ‘I like it because there is more space’ and another ‘I like that I can draw on my table and that there are comfy things to sit on’.
