This year, our Kindy 2021 parent information evening occurred via Zoom due to COVID-19 restrictions. If you were unable to attend, you can view the video of the recorded presentation, download a pdf of the presentation and read the FAQs.

Below is a list of questions that were asked on the night and answers.

Question: What does the C stand for in P&C?

Answer: P&C stands for Parents and Citizens

Question: What date do other students start in 2021?

Answer: Thursday 28th January

Question : what time is school drop off and pick up?

Answer:  School starts at 9am and finishes at 3pm

Question: Flexible learning furniture - are there open-plan learning spaces at FPS or are all learning spaces traditional classrooms/demountables?

Answer : We have flexible learning spaces and furniture in the Kindergarten, the Year 6 classrooms and our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, Mathematics) Learning Hub

Question : Does each class have their own classroom?

Answer: Yes each class has their own classroom

Question : Flexible furniture - does it allow for chairs with backs on them?

Answer: Yes we have a combination of chairs including traditional chairs and flexible seating like ottomans and standing desks - all children are catered for

Question: How many kindergarten kids / classes are there? 

Answer: This year we have 4 kindergarten classes with 18 students in each class

Question: Is all continuing communication going to come through emails at this stage ?

Answer: Currently, communications will be through emails, but if you need further information you are able to call the school on 9452 5444
