Learning from home

Resources and information to support learning from home

From the NSW Department of Education

We're keeping students learning both in and out of the classroom.

Explore the department's learning from home resources to support both online and offline learning for all students.

Learning from home without technology

We understand some students do not have access to a device or internet for online learning. Contact the school to discuss non-digital learning from home options for your child.

From the staff at Forestville Public School

These links to resources and information have been curated for parents supporting their children to learn from home.

During lockdown periods, teachers will design a range of activities that will use digital or online options as well as catering for those students with limited or no access to a device through non-digital and off-line activities.

Teachers are ensuring all students know how to access their online learning platform and, if necessary, will provide parents with student logins. The following two platforms used for delivering learning at home:

K – 1 students will use SeeSaw

Year 2 – 6 students will use Google Classroom
